1. Introduction
Welcome to AnimationWorkshop.in. By enrolling in our online animation workshops, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before registering for any course.

2. Enrollment & Payment

• Students must complete the registration process and make the full payment before attending any session.

• All payments are non-refundable. Once enrolled, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

• Each workshop has a specified duration and schedule, which must be followed.

• Students can attend a free webinar on Fridays or Saturdays, as mentioned on the 4th page of the website.

3. Course Access & Sessions

• Workshops are conducted live via Zoom, and students will receive the necessary access details upon successful enrollment.

• Attendance is the responsibility of the student. Missed sessions will not be rescheduled unless stated otherwise.

• No session recordings will be provided.

4. Code of Conduct

• Students must maintain respectful behavior during sessions. Disruptive conduct may result in removal from the workshop without a refund.

• Unauthorized recording, copying, or distribution of course materials is strictly prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

• All course content, including videos, presentations, and materials, are the intellectual property of AnimationWorkshop.in.

• Students may use materials for personal learning only and may not distribute, modify, or sell them.

6. No Refund & Cancellation Policy

• All workshop enrollments are final. No refunds will be provided for any reason.

• If a student wishes to cancel before the course starts, no refund will be issued.

• Free webinars are available for students who wish to explore the content before enrolling.

7. Digital Product Disclaimer

• The workshops offered are digital products and do not include any physical product delivery.

• Students will receive access to online sessions and relevant course materials as part of their enrollment.

8. Technical Requirements & Responsibility

• Students must ensure they have a stable internet connection, a working device, and Zoom installed.

• AnimationWorkshop.in is not responsible for technical issues on the student’s end.

9. Modification of Terms

• AnimationWorkshop.in reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued participation in workshops constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
